A clearer
point of view.
A few answers about the tools and the details before an order.
Are the directions actual products?
They are visual eyewear directions and editorial references. They do not establish a particular model, lens type, material, stock level, dimensions or price.
Does the finder tell me what fits my face?
No. It matches only your chosen line and visual-presence preferences. It does not scan a face, measure fit or recommend lenses.
Are frame notes a size recommendation?
No. They record numbers from a frame you already know. Blank values stay unknown, and the tool does not calculate a recommended frame size.
Can I compare physical product specifications?
The comparison covers visual directions. Actual dimensions, construction, materials and lens specifications must be confirmed for the exact item.
Where is my shortlist saved?
In local browser storage. Sign-in does not synchronise it. You can download notes or explicitly choose to attach them to an enquiry.
Do you make blue-light or health claims?
No health, sleep or symptom-relief claim is made here. Ask for documentation for any actual lens property, and discuss personal vision questions with an appropriate professional.
How does order payment work?
An agreed order invoice must be assigned to your signed-in account. Review its actual item description, full amount and terms before continuing to the payment provider.
What does an account do?
It keeps enquiries submitted while signed in together. Guest enquiries are not automatically attached later through a matching email address.
How can I ask about access or a return?
Use the contact form with the relevant reference. Automated password recovery and email verification are not provided. Returns follow the terms of the actual agreement.
